Mindfulness Based Living - The Mindfulness Association is kindly offering this app with the main practices I teach free of charge! Just search for Mindfulness Based Living in your app store or Play store.
Headspace - a course participant (Hey Alison!) once showed me this app and I have reccomending it since. Check the brilliant videos and practices in it!
Calm - good app for adults
Insight Timer - this is the app I use daily as a timer for when I am practicing. A must have!
Mindbell - another must have app. You can set it up to ring every so often to bring you back to the present moment and perhaps do a 3 minute breathing space?
AnxietyBC - Great app for teens suffering with panic attacks and anxiety disorder in general
Stop, Breath and Think - Lovely app for teens
Imagine Clarity - Brilliant free and paid mindfulness courses
Mind the bump - pregnant? This app comes highly reccomended!
