" In my clinical work, I integrate various approaches such as Person-Centered, Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt, Existential Therapy and Mindfulness. I believe that as unique human beings there is a need to receive a treatment that is also unique, that reflects the client’s individual preference, way of being, but that is also evidence-based and that follows best practice in the treatment of the client’s presenting issues. As an accredited member I abide by the code of ethics and practice of the IACP. I also deliver the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) program. My passion for working with young adults and teens brought me to a Masters in Science Degree in Adolescent Psychotherapy with DCTC in conjunction with Northampton University.
