"I came across this course by pure accident one night while scanning through the internet. Boy was someone looking out for me. This course is a must, one of those moments in life when lightbulbs go off in your head. I feel blessed to have met Kati, the group and also to have learned so much about how the mind works. It all just makes sense. I would encourage anyone to treat yourself, your children or family and friends to take the time to spend with yourself. Fantastic course loved every moment".
Suzanne Jordan, Dunsaney, Co.Meath.

Due to lecturing, research and other work commitments I would like to apologise for the lack of available 8 Week MBLC's this year.  Feel free to join our monthly mindfulness group where we practice together and also make new friends.

Full Day of Practice - A day to Unplug and Reset. 24th October 2020 from 10 to 4pm.
Clarity Ireland, Tara House, Race Hill, Ashbourne, Co. Meath
A day to practice mindfulness with like-minded people. This day of practice will be led by Kati Simpson (more info please click here). It is a day to connect or reconnect with our practice so it will be a day where Kati will guide various practices while the participants will maintain silence between practices.  Silence is a wonderful way to gain insight into the habitual patterns of our minds. It is also a very unique opportunity to feel other people's presence, kind gestures, to observe our judging mind, our likes and dislikes, our attitudes towards others and ourselves. We will be practicing sitting, walking, eating, body movement and body scan mindfulness practices through the day. We will have small breaks and lunch at 1 pm. Bring vegetarian food to share for lunch. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be served during breaks.
The Mini Retreat starts at 10 am sharp and finishes at 4 pm.
Cost: €50

This course has taken me on a journey of awareness of myself and how the mind works. I now understand the true meaning of acceptance and I know myself better. I am more compassionate with myself and those around me. Thank you Kati! You are a true inspiration xxx.

The course is just wonderful in the best sense of the word. It is time and space to look at the the wonder in ourselves and all that surround us. It taught me to have more self-compassion and to focus on the positive. I could not have had a better teacher than Kati. I will always be grateful to her.
