Full Day of Practice - A day to Unplug and Reset. November 2021 to be confirmed.
Clarity Ireland, Tara House, Race Hill, Ashbourne, Co. Meath
A day to practice mindfulness with like-minded people. This day of practice will be led by Kati Simpson (more info please click here). It is a day to connect or reconnect with our practice so it will be a day where Kati will guide various practices while the participants will maintain silence between practices. Silence is a wonderful way to gain insight into the habitual patterns of our minds. It is also a very unique opportunity to feel other people's presence, kind gestures, to observe our judging mind, our likes and dislikes, our attitudes towards others and ourselves. We will be practicing sitting, walking, eating, body movement and body scan mindfulness practices through the day. We will have small breaks and lunch at 1 pm. Bring vegetarian food to share for lunch. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be served during breaks.
The Mini Retreat starts at 10 am sharp and finishes at 4 pm.
Cost: €50

This course has taken me on a journey of awareness of myself and how the mind works. I now understand the true meaning of acceptance and I know myself better. I am more compassionate with myself and those around me. Thank you Kati! You are a true inspiration xxx.

The course is just wonderful in the best sense of the word. It is time and space to look at the the wonder in ourselves and all that surround us. It taught me to have more self-compassion and to focus on the positive. I could not have had a better teacher than Kati. I will always be grateful to her.

What a wonderful and fulfilling course. So sad that it had to finish but will try to keep up my daily practice and go to the Thursday meetups when I can. Kati thank you for your grace and guidance and a thoroughly worthwhile and enjoyable course. Forever in your debt for introducing me to mindfulness.
