DROP IN
SATURDAYS 9 AM - In person YOU MUST TXT 085-7867809 to ask to join the Whatsapp group where you will be able to ask for a place to be secured for you. The intention for the drop-in is to nurture a community of meditators and deepen their mindfulness and compassion practices. We will have various volunteering teachers rotating and there will be no time for in-depth explanations about mindfulness and for this reason only those with experience in mindfulness will be able to join at this time. We run an 8-week MBLC three times a year for those who do not have experience with practising mindfulness. Suggested donations of 10 euros (cash only) you are welcome to donate more or not donate in case you are going through a difficult time. The donations will be used to feed hot meals to the children going to Asral https://www.asralmongolia.org/why-mongolia The car park is reserved for those that have mobility difficulties. |
