Counselling and Psychotherapy
People come for therapy for various reasons, such as having difficulties coping with anxiety, depression, insomnia, gender issues, bereavement, phobias, OCD, make meaning of diagnosis, relationship issues, life transitions, stress management, finding meaning in life, career guidance, school refusal, finding balance in life, help in enhancing overall wellbeing, etc.
In my clinical work I integrate various approaches such as Person-Centered, CBT, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adolescents (from the age of 12) and adults in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment, working collaboratively with the client.
As an accredited member I abide by the code of ethics and practice of the IACP.
